Filipino Cuisine Festival, Paris, October 2019
You all know that the Philippine archipelago is my country of heart. So you won't be surprised that when I found out that a Filipino cuisine festival was organized in Paris, I couldn't miss this event...

After 3 stays in this archipelago, I have not yet tasted all the specialties.
This cuisine is unknown outside their borders. For example, there are no Filipino restaurants in Paris. Marseille and Lourdes have theirs. Paris, which calls itself the world capital of cuisine, where you can taste and taste so many varieties of cuisine, you will not be so lucky. This festival is made for that. The "Point Ephémère" is a beautiful place but unfortunately, this festival far exceeded expectations. The room can hold 500 people, but more than 2,000 people wanted to discover this fabulous cuisine (the figure of 6,000 has been announced but let's keep it simple). Only downside, no Halo-Halo...
A discovery of folk dances was proposed, of which you will see a small montage and photos. I recognize that I was more interested in this part of the festival as evidenced by the photos taken.
