3 nights on site will allow you to visit the city and its surroundings by seeing a lot of things because the places are quite close.

I strongly advise you to go to Victoria Peaks in the evening with the Peak Tram by taking your tickets in advance.
And the departure to Macau will be by ferry. A maritime "Goodbye" for last photos of the city.
